Honestly Anxious1 I would not worry at all about male doctors. They are professional people and they have seen thousands of women. Don't take this the wrong way, but your bits are no different to anyone else's bits.
If you are fortunate enough to get pregnant it is likely you will have more male doctors (and nurses/midwives, ultrasound technicians, etc, etc) than you can imagine, looking at and touching your bits. It's their job. Trust me, all you'll care about is delivering your baby safely.
It's true - statistically speaking at least - that IVF will likely not work for you the first time. The harsh reality is, for some women, it may not work at all. But really there is no way of telling. I look at it this way - you have to be in it to win it! If you dont try it definitely wont work.
Good luck for your journey ahead. Take a deep breath, be patient and try not to worry.
