Cuddlepie - I can help you with the date of the NK cell biopsy from the endometrium (you may know a high level can cause recurrent implantation failure). In the SIVF MC investigation program it is performed on approx. Day 26 of a 28 day cycle. But they will want to confirm O by tracking it with BT's so they can pinpoint the ideal biopsy date. Can be tricky coming off an IVF cycle as it can delay AF, so the test may not be performed at the right time (apparently they want to do it as late as possible in a cycle, but without the lining beginning to shed).
