I guess I'd be asking myself whether taking a break would be more stressful ie would I be getting aggitated waiting and waiting to go back and try again. If you think that taking a break will put you in a better head space to tackle IVF head on then definately take a break .
Unexplained infertility is pretty common, hun and doesnt necessarily mean there is something else underlying so try not to stress about that too. DH & I had unexplained infertility too and I know how frustrating it can be, especially when ppl think you are lying and there MUST be something 'wrong' with one of you
