Maybe it depends on the state but Vic is definitely other children of the parents relationship. My brother is my half brother and he never appeared on mine. We didn't know as kids and I only ever had an extract of entry as that doesn't show the other kids on it

In QLD it says "previous children of this relationship" also which meant we couldn't include DD1 I know what you mean, it does suck. They are sisters. It feels odd to think of them in any other way.

I would look into it - if there is an error on it they will correct it and send you a new one. On DS1's certificate they spelt our address wrong and had my age wrong, so I called them to explain and I had to send it back and they sent a new one out.
