Hey darl,im not sure about gurantees to bring them back but i know with my sister when her father wanted to take her to nz he had to get my mother to sign a form that gave him permission to take her out of the country. unfortunately my mother didnt see her daughter or hear from her for another 9 years...
oh crap kristy lee oh well thats awe full i have no intention of anything lika that my father would kill me. No wonder why ex partners are so scared of things like this .
He's already agreed so I've pretty much missed the party but for most countries a return ticket is accepted as proof of your intention to leave a country after visiting.
My fiance and I plan to take a trip to NZ this year. We have yet to get the passport for DD and myself. DF is not DD's father, so this is helpful to me, in how to get permission. We have court orders, so I hope that's enough for him to know that Iam coming back. We are not in any position to move overseas. I would miss my family too much. I miss them enough because they are interstate.
