Bubno3, I don't think Lulu's posts are coming across as angry at all, I think she's just telling you what you don't want to hear.
I really do agree with Lulu, and like I said in my previous post, you haven't really proved your DH wrong when it comes to the affair thing have you?
Oh I'm not shirty, in fact I'm sitting here with a nice cold one listening to the rain on the roof. The 'power' of the typed word with no facial expression I suppose
I've not been in this situation before but I do feel for your hubby I suppose. He is clearly insecure about this guy and really - going by your past posts about him (the ex) you have really fought hard to maintain the 'friendship', and it seems potentially at the expense of both your marriages.
You defend the other bloke far harder than your hubby. Don't you think dh has real reason to be insecure?
I don't think it's a matter of your friend not having a vagina - it's about the fact you have previous sexual history...and confess you still feel something for this ex.
You just keep dodging this fact and trying to place blame on your husband for being jealous and not understanding. He isn't stupid but the poor bugger can't 'prove' your feelings towards this other bloke so all he is left with is accusations - which in fact are true.
Bubno.3 Lulu isnt the only one who has pointed out that it appears your dh has a right to feel insecure about your relationship with him and with your FWB.
all i see lulu saying is that perhaps look at it from his side and you may understand why he feels like this. Yet you get angry for his insecure feelings that YOU havent been able to show him his feelings are unsubstanciated(sp).
I think maybe counselling for your self would be a good idea to sort out all your issues you have with your husband and his first child.
Often the things that hurt us at times like this is what you know you NEED to hear but dont WANT to hear
