Water wheels are cool. They are often sold by places like windmill as sandpit toys.
... they sure are fantastic meow as my DD still plays with her little water wheel that suctions onto the side of the bath that i bought from BigW in the baby toy section when she was about 2yo, and they still sell them there if anyone here is interested (i'm sure still under $10)
