Lisa - I really admire the way you have handled this dreadful hand you have been dealt. I hope you get the answers you are looking for in January. I am perplexed you were told a Trisomy 15 is common. When I had one in my last MC I was told it was as rare as hen's teeth - now you have got me wondering... At SIVF they do not even offer Trisomy 15 testing in their 5 or 7 aneuploidy test program. Trisomy 16 and Trisomy 22 are the most common for recurrent miscarriage. I wish they were checking for T15 now if I get to blast, but I don't think there is anything I can do about it. Cuddlepie - that is great you are getting AF symptoms. In my first cycle, the Provera made me 3 or 4 days late and they put things back an extra week. If you have not used the Puregon pen before, don't stress. I did not find it any more painful than the Lucrin. I just found it a bit awkward to push the top in once my doses were higher!

Meredith - can sympathise with you on the whole clinic ordeal. Because PGD is not offered where I am located, I have to deal with two clinics. This week was the handover and there has been a bit of confusion about who's doing what. Just be prepared to ask lots of questions. This business is a bit of a sausage-factory and I think if you don't fit the regular mould it is easy to fall through the cracks.

Sara - thanks for the tip. I think I will need to visualise some of those "stop" signs over the next couple of days. Congratulations on AF (how weird does that sound?)

AFM - well it's Day 3 my four little potential bubba's have continued to divide . The best one is already compacting (like Day 4), the next two are 8 and 6 cell (normal day 3 cell range) and then there is another one that is 4 cell (just behind). The embryologist described this result as "being on track for Day 3". Of interest, two more of my three remaining eggies did fertilise. At Day 3 they are still only two cells (a Day 1 result) which means they will be discarded today. From this point generally 50% make it to Day 5. So in the end, 6 out of 7 did fertilise.
