Thanks Ms Pink and drbeee for your information, I thought I'd give you an update on my fibriods issue...

Went to see FS to discuss this, the one on the uterine cavity is actually 7mm, so not very big. He suggested me do a sono / pelvic u/s just to see how much it is protruding into the cavity wall and whether it is surgically removable, because it is not very big, there is a chance that even he did the laparoscopy he might not be able to see it. So I did the test, which they insert a tube to inject dye to see it clearer on u/s, sounds horrible but it feels like a papsmear, any chance of getting out of a surgery I go for it, turn out its worth it. The Dr. who did the u/s said it wasn't as bad as it looked, not even completely into the uterine wall.

Thereafter, I had a chat with FS saying that I'd like to try for another cycle or two before jumping into surgery. He is happy about it, because after all, he is not 100% sure it is the cause of the failed cycles, the only reason he suggested is to 'clear all the potential obstacles preventing from getting PG'. I guess I am willing to take this risk and see how i go at least for a few months.

Thank you so much for your help on this girls, drbeee, I am so glad that you since had a baby after that, what a great result. Ms.Pink, hanging in there, lets do this together my friend. I might take up your offer on Antagonist cycle questions once I started....

Take care
