Welcome waitingforthird- IVF for the first time is a very daunting experience but the forums are fantastic for support. Hopefully you will only have to do the one cycle - being 31 does help & the fact you've had 2 natural births but with the genetic testing its a numbers game.

I was lucky enough to get DD on my very first cycle/transfer 3 years ago but since then have done 6 Egg pick up cycles & 3 frozen cycles. I am also 31 & started TTC at 28. Like Joe, never knew it would take this long for us either. But the end result will be worth it & you somehow find the strength to keep going. I've also had 3 miscarriages & an ectopic but these were to do with immune issues that we just found out about. Perhaps if that wasn't our issue it may have worked cycles ago.

To be honest it is an emotional draining roller coaster ride & I truly hope it's a short one for you. All the best for lots of eggs on pick up & a pgd result you're after. You never know, could be beginners luck!
