Kel - I agree, a line is a line, so long as you haven't had any pregnyl recently.
As for the p4, my clinic thinks anything over 50 is ok for an assisted cycle. Can be much lower on natural cycles. Mine got up to 1200 or so after the last cycle ( BFP) but mine is often high whether pg or not. Unfortunately its not a good indicator of pg at all.

Sara - You need up to 5-6 days for pregnyl 1500 to be out of your system so no POAS before then
I also used First Response - always accurate for me from about 11-12 dpo
