Hi Buliej - If you are going to do IVF, it only costs a little more (in the scheme of things) to do PGD. I have had three losses - all naturally conceived, of which two were trisomies. I was told it was age-related. If you already are going through the rollercoaster and expense of IVF, having some testing could be very reassuring. I think IVF with PGD should be explained and offered to all of us "mature age" women before doing standard IVF. Just my two cents, but I have been through too much and am amazed that not more people do PGD
