WTH - You and I could be sisters .... I TOTALLY understand the overanalysing every little detail, twinge etc. As an outsider, its very easy for me to say that your little embie is not going to be bothered at all by yesterday's melt down but I know how you ust feel. Less than a week until testing and you KNOW you have a great embie in there. YOu can't have done anymore.

CP - Woohoo at starting FSH. What dose are you on? Let the real rollercoatser begin.

Sara - don't stress to much about E2 levels especially after only 3 days. I am on 200 iu of puregon.Had my first BT after 2 days and my E2 was 384 BUT I am also on supplemental oestrogen patches so who knows how much of that rise was just the patch. I am also on antagonist cycle so no down reg and things move a touch quicker. Hopefully things are looking better tomorrow

Buliej - I am sorry about your T15 result although at least you have an answer and know that baby could never have survived. WTH and I have bost lost babies to trisomy 15 ( so much for it being rare!!). I must admit, I am with WTH on the whole PGD scenario. I have lost 6 babies to m/c. Only one has been confirmed with genetic fault (T15), however, afer so much heartache, we elected to use everything medically available to prevent another loss. I also think if you re going through IVF anyway, adding PGD is not a huge leap ( an extra $2100 at my clinic). You certainly may not NEED PGD to get a healthy baby but at least you might increase your odds of getting there sooner. Just my personal thoughts that really stem from to much grief and pain. I think you should at least talk to your FS about it so you can make up yor own mind.

AFM - scan yesterday. things still moving along but a way to go yet. Now have a total of 40 follies (eeek!) but majority of those are small and unlikely to yield anything. Largest were at 11, 12mm.
E2 had leapt to 3000 which is great for me. Starting orgalutran (antagonist) tonight and another scan Thurs. Still not sure when EPU will be but thinking maybe Mon? Had acupuncture yesterday too and seems to have helped with some of the side effects.
