I think you need to have a certain number of posts before you can PM someone. I think it is 20 but could be wrong.

PGD is where they fertilise the eggs with sperm. then they test them to see which ones are healthy then they only implant the healthy embryos.
But as I have read you seem to have a problem with dh sperm being able to fertilise your eggs. ICSI might help. Its where they take sperm from your dh and they can even extract it medically, then they inject a single sperm into an egg. They incubate it and then put it back into the uterus to hopefully implant and grow.
