thanks girls for your encouraging words. It is definitely what I need to hear at the moment. I'm pretty sure we will start IVF after this cycle and the next, so end of Feb. Reality will hit in after this cycle if it is not successful, as that is when I will need to ask work etc if time off is ok. Do you recommend time off during the process and when/how long would you take????
