I wish I knew the perfect words to say. I'm so sorry to hear that you've had such a difficult journey. I can totally understand you feeling at the end of your tether.

The only reassurance I can offer is that I have seen many people succeed with injects+IUI. Try not to get too down about not succeeding immediately. When you consider that, at best, you've got a 20% chance of success with an IUI it's not unreasonable to need a few attempts at it. We tried it 6 times before changing to IVF.

Also, I've heard many good things about Dr Sterling. I have a friend who is currently pg after doing an IVF cycle with him and she was very happy with him (even when earlier cycles failed). The idea of changing Drs has been on my mind lately (after 18 months with our FS without success) and he is one of the ones I would consider changing too.
