I am so happy to see this post, will be hoping and praying and crossing everything for you.

In my opinion I don't think it can hurt to take the low dose aspirin, my concern was always that I had think blood/clotty blood which was effecting the quality of my endo lining, I always had a think lining, but AF was always really clotty. I also think that, as my FS would not give me Clexane until day after EPU, I wanted my blood to be thiner before hand. But my DX was MTHFR (thick blood) so a little different.

As Daisy said, I don't think it would hurt and is quite a common thing to take, it might still be worth throwing it in the mix.
