for your embie to makes the thaw, and that you are quickly back in the TWW. Glad that you have something as good as an OS trip to be looking forward to - sounds like a great excuse for a break!

Buliej I am sorry that your embies did not make it but hopefully everything goes well with the thaw and wanted to wish you good luck with the transfer. The OS trip sounds great.

Farmgirl hope you are hanging in there. It must be disheartening if you feel AF is on the way, do you have a plan on when to transfer your frozen embies?

Hi Sara,
Thanks for your thoughts. We have to wait for a cycle and then we can do a FET if we want to - and I think I will. I cant see any point in stopping or having a break as I dont think I am going to feel any differently. But will wait and see.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum so I apologise in advance if there is a newbies link I should have joined first! I'm a MIVF patient with manuela toledo and I asked for a blastocyst transfer on my last (2nd) ivf cycle. She had no problems with my request. I had 20 embryo, but only 1 blastie was good enough to be frozen and the the fresh transfer resulted in a BFN (I did have a disaster at home the day of the ET so I totally blame the BFN on that!). Before I go in for my FET though I have to go through another procedure to widen my cervix (which apparently is very narrow). Bit nervous about it - the procedure is this Wednesday (1/10). Good luck to everyone on their 2ww - i have to recover for another month before I go in for my FET.

Good to hear that you were able to do a blast through MIVF - it seems they are more flexible than they appear on paper!

Good luck with you next proceedure and the subsequent FET, and I hope that you dont have any more disasters on transfer day - very stressful and really what you dont need on top of the stress of IVF!
