I have used Clomid and was under the impression that you count CD 1 from the day of RED blood. Have you done a pregnancy test? In relation to your question, whether or not you will have a m/c due to your cycle being a bit 'odd', I don't think this would cause you to have a m/c, but probably best to speak to your actual FS or OBS/GYNO for advice in relation to this and when to commencd Clomid.
