Hi minniemouse, I used to work for a obs/gynae, and he says the first day of your period is the first day of full flow red blood, spotting before AF starts is annoying but not counted as AF ( I had 7 days of spotting before AF started once its so frustrating). Your cycle does sound strange being that long, but it doesn't mean the next cycle will be, and it wouldn't have any effect on the chances of M/C. I hope AF comes soon and you can get going!! ps the doctors can give you a drug to start AF if she doesn't come, I think its called primilut (?sp)
