Sedony, I'm pretty sure that Monash operate the same way as MIVF. Give them a tinkle and ask to speak to someone in the accounts department, they will be able to tell you for sure.

I just had a look at their website and unfortantly they don't have any fees, but ask you to contact the clinic for more info.
