Wow, mine is also about $2,000 all up but I am only paying $438.40 out of pocket as my health insurance covers all anaesthesia and most of costs of lap procedure. It will be slightly more if the Dr uses an assistant for endo removal etc which is at my cost I believe. so far only investigative and tube flushing unless they find anything which will be removed at the same time.
