Hi,

I am doing my second IVF cycle after my first one got cancelled before EPU due to really high E2 levels (24 000) and too many follies (50 on a dose of 200 Puregon). My new dose of Puregon is 100 and I just had my CD4 level E2 come back at 202 which seems on the low side. I am hoping that I am not getting the opposite spectrum of response this time :-(

Can anyone share their IVF E2 levels from previous cycle experiences and also does anyone know what the unit of measurment for E2 levels in Australia is? I was researching information but most of the info is American or Canadian and I notice America measures in picomoles and Canda measures in picograms and these different give very different target levels. I wonder whether Aus is picograms or picomoles so I can compare?
