I'm like you, I have cut down on drinking coffee and alcohol (fell off the wagon on that one on Saturday, but it was my birthday), but have been going nuts on sushi and brie (not too different to normal hehe). Didn't ever occur to me that I should be avoiding those foods now, so I'm glad it's not the case!!
I have been on a major exercise kick for the last 12 months and have gone from being a moderate to heavy drink and occasional smoker (very occasional), to not drinking much at all - maybe 3 glasses of wine a week if that, and certainly not smoking. So stopping drinking won't raise too many eyebrows which is lucky for me!
