So I've been reading a lot of women used instead cups to assist in conceiving.
How? I mean I get the general idea But can anybody be more specific?
Is there any way they can hinder any sperm from going into the cervix? What if they don't all get into the cup?
DH will have been gone for 6 months when he comes home on R&R and I doubt I could get him to make a deposit into one.
I hope this isn't TMI, but I'm sure it is...
How do I insert it without making a huge mess? When i get up to go to the bathroom i usually have a "leak" (sorry) I feel like it is wasted swimmers.
I'm trying to make this as NON TTC like as possible. I have missed my DH horribly, and want nothing more than to have him here to hold and snuggle, and um... well THAT too, and I don't want to make it all about TTC. So I don't want to have to be jumping up all at once if you know what I mean.
From what i understood, and i could have misunderstood, you BD and afterwards, before you get up, you put the instead cup in to KEEP it all up there, kwim? So he needn't deposit in the cup and you needn't try and manoeuvre it up to your cervix without spilling any.
You could BD, lie together a while, then lift your hips and insert the instead, lie a bit longer, then get up? Would that work out?
Could be wrong about it though..? Anyone else know?
