Nixon: I think if you get to blasty stage you have a good chance. You must be feeling releived and anxious all at the same time. I know when I had my EPU I was anxious about the numbers and I had lots. Your 3 are so precious so I am sending you lots of and positve vibes.

I'm anxious to see if when I have my transfer if they use some of my day 3 embryo's or my day 5 blasty's. I think I would much prefer to transfer my blasty's, but my FS seems to prefer using the day 3's first and then using the blasty's last as I have so many day 3's in safe keeping they seem certain that some of them will grow after transfer. I suppose I can only wait and see.

Kahlan and Kelly D - great to see you girls on track, Kelly I hope your cold disappears fast, and fingers crossed we are all in the TWW together in the not too distant future.
Nic - you star glad to hear your embies are doing so well, very encouraging. I am having a general for EPU, and I have another US tomorrow morning to see how I am going and when EPU may be, today I have started to feel a bit of discomfort for the first time this cycle so I think those follies are coming on strong, let's just hope they don't go too crazy.
Bei Bei and Mindy good luck for your transfers

    Good luck to everyone and

AFM I'm doing okay. Will go to see the nurses next Wednesday (27th) to have a blood test and possibly start Synarel. I'm feeling very very anxious though, as my DH has wokem up this morning with a massive lump on teh side of his neck - a very swollen lymph gland!!! I'm hoping that it's not the mumps which can cause stertility in men - his SA'a have been very poor anyway without thsi knid of problem. Anyway, he is off to the doc at 3pm.

Nic - thank you for your message, but call me stupid, I can't work out how to reply????? Maybe I haven't done enough posts yet to be able to use that feature????

    Hi everyone,

Have been out of action for a bit with just waiting and not really thinking whilst waiting for my AF to turn up - it still hasn't and now is two weeks overdue. I keep getting cramps and feeling irritable...grrrr....

I hope everyone is doing well - I'm not going to try to catch up as there have been three pages since my last visit...!! Just to say 'hi' and thinking of you all as always...

I usually write poetry regularly, but for some reason I have not written anything on IVF, but last night a poem turned up that I want to share with you all...I can't be there with everyone but this is a part of my heart and soul for you wonderful, warm women.

    The Cradle

    This cradle of mine
    Can not hold the dream

    With the drawing down
    Of the moon
    The whisper passes through
    And death arrives again

    There is no ceremony
    No funeral pyre
    No burial stone
    The tears empty
    To a world
    That can not know

    Where life is created
    Life celebrated
    All faith is placed
    In the fertile grounds

    Where then
    Do I belong?

    The hallowed land
    Within me
    Can not grow the one
    So dearly grieved

    That feminine essence
    Is stripped
    Refined
    Denuded

    That earthly mystery
    Is stolen
    Denied
    Gone

    Yet my cradle lies empty
    Ruby sheets replaced
    With each full moon
    Waiting for
    The dream of all dreams
    Our child
