Kel, I've always assumed 24 hours after the darkest OPK.

Emma, FX the time passes quickly.

Afm, I'm starting to worry about this trend of shorter cycles. I've had a 32 day cycle my entire life and suddenly I'm getting 30, 29, 28 and now 27 days. I desperately hope it's just because of the medicated cycles we've done recently, but I'm worried it's the beginning of the end...

    Good morning Ladies,

Another day has dawned which brings with it new hope

Juniper - dont read too much in to the shorter cycles likely it's just the med's when you see women in their mid to late 40's having babies there is always hope for us. Oh what I would do for a glass of red wine!!

Kel - when we have used the OPK as soon as I see the line is the same as the control line we go for it for at least 3 days, every bit has to help

MissB - all the best hope that lining starts to thicken up beautifully for you and that folli does as it should - i know this probably sounds a little weird but seriously find some quiet time and talk to your body tell it and visualise as you do what you want it to do. Our minds are stronger than we think if you think it long and hard enough your body can and will respond. Look at Circle + Bloom website for more on this mind body relationship I started using it this cycle and love it

Myturn - GL for tomorrow, all the very best

AFM - cramping I had yesterday is gone, feel heavy and full below though and lower backache. Usually I am Miss moody days before AF however I feel really good, i feel on top of the world and no chocolate cravings either. Officially my TTW ends tomorrow I counted and have 4 POAS tests at home so tempted to do one tomorrow but also so afraid so not sure will see tomorrow morning. Have an Acupunture appt this evening

Wishing you all a lovely day and GL with whatever you are doing and wherever you are in your cycle

Thanks, but unfortunately, with my DOR, I have the ovaries of a woman in her late 40's and early menopause is a very real threat...

The thing about women that age conceiving is that it is the strong exception, not the rule.

I saw a FS last week who said the average 42 year old has a 1-2 percent chance per cycle of getting UTD. IVF raises it to five per cent.

    Sucks basically

And there's that, as well... And I think the live birth rate is even lower than the 1-2%?

Juniper- Hope you enjoyed your wine last night. I have no idea about shorter cycles... But I'm much the same, if I'm not on a medicated cycle I'm lucky to get 3 weeks between periods.

MissB- The HCG injections after EPU / Ovulation are not 'trigger' injections.. They are like a booster injection. According to my FS they support the Corpus Luteal cyst left on your ovary after O and therefor help increase progesterone. I am apparently having them along with the Provera, Crinone and pessaries to try and prevent early bleeding.
I'm crossing everything that the increased dose of Progynova helps thicken your lining. I wonder why they cancel your cycle if it's an active follie on your ovary? Clinics are so different cause this FET cycle my FS was trying to encourage my ovaries to produce at least one follie. But I guess different FS's have different ways of doing things. Anyway praying like mad for you honey!

Beau- GL with your BT tomorrow.. I'm praying that your lining is thickening up nicely too!

MyTurn- One more sleep till tx.. You must be getting pretty excited to have your snowflake on board.

MrsOM- Don't you hate it when the only time the witch is late is when your willing her to arrive!

PositivelyTTC- How are you sweetie? Hope the cramps have calmed down.

N2L- How are you feeling? Hope your cramps are easing too.

Kel- My understanding is that you O a day or so after the surge. I would be BD for the next few days just to be sure.

AFM- Started getting some light cramps this morning but nothing too bad and still no bleeding. Effects of my massive amounts of Progesterone are well and truly kicking in. POAS this morning in an attempt to 'test out' the Pregnyl. There is obviously a second line but no where near as dark as the control line. Think I will do another tomorrow as it should be lighter and then I will test again next week before my BT. I know I'm naughty for testing early but I know by next week I will be dying to be put out of my misery.. If its a BFN I would rather just know and deal with it than anxiously wait for the clinic to call!!

MyTurn- Hope your FET goes smoothly and you get a sticky one! Looking forward to having you join me in the TWW xx

Beau- Fx your BT results are good news and your not going to have a short cycle. When do you get the results back? Xx

MissB- Hope your feeling ok.. Nothing worse than feeling sick during a cycle. Fx it passes before your ET xx

MrsOM- Hope that the witch arrives before you go away! Xx

Juniper- How are you feeling today sweets? Have you decided if you are going to try another iui this cycle or give it a little more time? Xx

PositivelyTTC- How are you going? I am with MissB.. I think you should POAS to satisfy our curiosity xx

AFM- Still cramping this morning but not as bad as yesterday. Still no bleeding (just some light pink tinged crinone) so praying that everything is ok. POAS again this morning cause I really wanted to track the Pregnyl out of my system so I can test next week... But this mornings test is only slightly lighter than yesterday. I think it's going to be a while yet before the Pregnyl is out of my system so I think I will just give up and wait for my BT!

Hi Ladies, sorry I have been MIA for a couple of days...just very busy at work this time of year

Just wanted to quickly say Hello to everyone, wishing you all tons of GL, love and light hope we soon have some baby news from the group

AFM - haven't tested as yet i think I am going to wait for tomorrow morning, cramps are on and off very mild don't feel like like i usually do just before a period so hopefully that is a food sign. Only signs at the mo are gassy, sore BB's and constipation. Scared of what tomorrow may bring so praying for some good news

    Enjoy your friday all

Beau- Great news that your BT was baseline. Fx that your scan on Monday shows a nicely thickening lining!

MyTurn- How are you feeling honey? Hope the TWW is treating you well.

MissB- Hope your getting lots of rest and shaking that cold.. Lots of Vitamin C!

MrsOM- Glad the witch arrived for you so you can start your injections. How are you feeling?

PositivelyTTC- I am stalking you for news... Hope you have woken to a BFP hun.

Kel- Welcome to the TWW.. Hope it goes quick for you!

AFM- Still getting some cramping but it's fairly mild now. Seems not too bad during the day and then gets worse in the afternoon / night. Clinic called again yesterday and reassured me.. They said if I haven't started bleeding by now it is likely that the cramps are just due to the progesterone and not AF on her way. 6 more days till BT.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend Xx

So sorry Positively ttc. Hugs to you! Crawl back into bed Hun.

I know exactly how you feel - I have 4 at work who are pregnant at the moment so all the talk is babies. One lady told me that I better get my dh to work if I was to be next - I had to just turn away as had tears in my eyes. She knows we have been trying for 2 1/2 years but doesnt know we have already done ivf and 5 transfers. If only it was that easy. People just have no idea how hard it is for us & what we have to go through each month.

Jasmine - glad to hear cramps have eased off & no bleeding. I have my fingers & toes crossed for you.

    Hi everyone else
