kerbear, I'm sorry to hear the fertilisation results are disappointing. It's always hard when each step doesn't go perfectly, it feels like there's no chance the most important one can go well. Last time we only had 2 embryos by day 2 and neither were good quality. Our FS was openly disappointed about the quality, which left me feeling utterly defeated because he's normally Mr Confidence. In spite of that, one of those 2 embies just had her 18 month vaccination today, so you don't need a perfect embryo, you just need the right one and science can't always spot the right one! FX for you. There is still plenty of hope for this cycle.
Andie, I hope you're recovering well. How long will you have to wait for the results?
Afm, I saw the GP today, who confirmed I'm vitamin D deficient, so I'll start on a supplement for that. Our FS was dismissive of the impact that may have on AMH levels, but I've read papers saying it can lower them. It gives me a little hope that maybe my egg situation is not quite so bleak. On the other hand, I'm CD23 and still no sign of O, so that's driving me batty since regular O was the one thing I've always been able to rely upon. I've also got some inflammation going on somewhere according to the b/w, which she wants to retest in 3 months, but everything else looked good (a relief because I was a little worried about my cholesterol since our diet is pretty bad).
thanks, ladies. will post biopsy results when they come in. cant remember if FS said it will be 1 or 2 weeks, was still a bit dopey when she told me after procedure yesterday...!
kerbear - i can imagine those fert. results must have been a bit of a disappointment for you. i reckon it sounds like your body just decided to go for quality rather than quantity & focused all its attentions on that one perfect embryo you have got going on... goodluck for tomorrow.
Waiting for EPU/O/IUI/FET or just something to happen! Mrs Mac - CD4 Me4ever – CD4 Emma - CD13 N2L – CD15 Juniper - CD24 (lap cycle - where oh where is my egg??)

Vic, I hope AF shows up without the need for provera. I've taken vitex (while TTC#1) but didn't like the s/e. It didn't make a noticeable difference to my cycle as I'm normally very regular (maybe I should try it now?). With regard to the natural FET, you could take clomid or similar to help O along. I was offered that for the natural FET we did because we were squeezing it in just before Christmas, but I declined and thankfully ended up Oing in time to do the FET before the Christmas shut-down.
N2L, still waiting? What day did you O last cycle?
