LMM - Great result on the number and quality of embies to be frozen this cycle! I like the way you do business, giving the clexane injection to the nurse Although I have to say, I have become pretty good at giving injections and reckon I do a better job than most of the nurses! I take more care than them. I have a massive purplish/blue bruise from yesterday's shot. I think it was too close to an older injection site, and I bled a little too. It's quite scary looking at all the bruises over my stomach!

GL to you for this cydle. I'm posting in the TWW, too, so no doubt will talk to you there.

Loops - tummy pains can be a good sign - GL hun

    trubabe - puppies, how exciting!!

littlemissmoo - glad your transfer went well. My first transfer was horrible and I was so scared for the next one but thankfully it went well. GL in the 2ww!

AFM - can't quite believe it but it's a BFP! Still in shock (first BFP ever) and I am just so so scared now of the whole world of things that could go wrong. But just going to take it one day at a time, and try not to freak out too much. Hugs to everyone and thanks for your support.

emerald shar peis are rolly dogs, the ones with all the wrinkles.took her to the vet this afternoon to have progesterone blood test to see where she was at,when their levels are low they are ready to give birth within 12 hours roughly.took her to vet just after 2 this afternoon around 230 when getting ready to leave after test she stood up i noticed she was dripping, called vet nurse back out and by then had a string of mucus across to leg.bought her home she was panting some.results from bt came back just after 4 her progesterone level was 17.9 and vet said shes ready to go.shes had a warm bath, belly rubs and walk around block and other than occasional panting nothing yet though she is breathing slightly faster at the moment.if nothing happens by morning she will probably need an oxtocin injection. I am supposed to see FS at 650 in morning for scan etc to start fsh injections but whether i am going to be able to make it depends on our little mama. i feel little paws pressing against my hand when i rub her belly, sooooo cute

Trubabe – How cute to have shar pei puppies. Gorgeous! Hope you got to your scan ok!!

Bj*81 sorry to hear BFN. GL for next transfer

Jacki80. What is PGD? I’m sorry that AF arrived... and that you lost your emby. It’s always a horrible thing when you are trying so hard. Think positive for the next cycle. Your baby is waiting for you...I am starting my first IVF cycle, and I guess you just have to be positive that a BFP will be there at the end waiting for you...

Mrs P CONRATULATIONS, and don’t stress out!

Murraycod – good luck. I am also starting my first IVF.

Juniper76 Good Luck with a blastocyst transfer.

Afm, I started Lucrin injections yesterday, which are a little painful, and I had a little rash today just after I injected, but it went away after a couple of hours. It’s very exciting to finally be on the road to IVF. Got to find an acupuncturist (we’ve moved and the old one I went to is too far away now) AF should arrive on Saturday, and then Blood Test on Day 2, and then start FSH injections...
