I had a lap and hysteroscopy during AF, so there shouldn't be any medical reason why not (my FS said it was perfect timing for checking for endo). When you say "dye studies", do you mean a HSG? You wouldn't be able to do that during AF. It has to be after AF finishes. I would have thought doing the d&c should be fine, but I don't know for sure. Of course, you definitely need to confirm you are not pg before proceeding with any of it...
