They don't do the testing automatically (they do some testing, but not karyotyping), so make sure you ask your Dr about it if you want it done.

Positively, sorry to hear the BBQ didn't go so well. And I can't blame you for being angry with your sister's friend! I'd be peeved too! And, OMG, I can never get to sleep on Sunday night! Last night I went to bed at 11pm and got to sleep after 3am, then awake again at 5am, then struggling with alarm at 8:30am. Monday is the only day I have to come into the office and I'm sure the entire universe is determined to keep me from sleeping on Sunday nights!!
