Re: Long Term TTC & Assisted Conception February/March 2014
Sarah, we were quote about $500, from memory. Not sure of the final cost (DH whisked all the bills away before I could see them because he knew I'd be upset). They don't do the testing automatically (they do some testing, but not karyotyping), so make sure you ask your Dr about it if you want it done.
worrywart, hope the lap goes smoothly tomorrow and you have a speedy recovery!
Positively, sorry to hear the BBQ didn't go so well. And I can't blame you for being angry with your sister's friend! I'd be peeved too! And, OMG, I can never get to sleep on Sunday night! Last night I went to bed at 11pm and got to sleep after 3am, then awake again at 5am, then struggling with alarm at 8:30am. Monday is the only day I have to come into the office and I'm sure the entire universe is determined to keep me from sleeping on Sunday nights!!

Enjoy your day Ladies, wishing you all a good one!
Juniper - Oh wow I finally know someone who has the Sunday sleep issue like me. Do you also find that Monday you are ok and manage to cope fine with the day not too tired then you sleep well Monday night however Tuesday you REALLY struggle to get up and going and the whole day is a massive effort to concentrate and stay alert grrrrr so annoying.
AFM - af is due next Monday so wishing she doesn't arrive and my TTC journey can come to an end. Did any of you watch 60 minutes on Sunday night? the Mary Coustas story on her fertility struggle, it made me cry so moving and wow she finally got what she so longed for. Do not think I could do IVF 20 times though, firstly I could not afford to and secondly I think it would be far too draining all round. But go on them they stuck at it and they now have fulfilled a dream
Re: Long Term TTC & Assisted Conception February/March 2014
Positively, I'd never considered that, but it's certainly true today! Yesterday I was tired, but did manage to get through a 9-hour work day (including my first performance review in 4 years!) on 4 hours of sleep. Today I struggled to get out of bed at 10am (was awake from 9am, but wanted to go back to sleep) after 8 hours of sleep and have done nothing (aside from getting DD breakfast - a peanut butter sandwich and an orange, after briefly considering just giving her a choc chip hot cross bun because she kept saying "no" to the sandwich)... FX for a surprise BFP for you and no AF on Monday!
