Well thanks for the +ve vibes. Just got back from the clinic, didn't sleep a wink last night so feel pretty trashed right now think I might go and have a sleep.
IUI was pretty painless and I took less time than DH at the clinic as we were doing the child shuffle with DS as we have no-one to babysit him. Also found out that I have an inverted 'aussie' (spelling and i have no idea what it is) in my cervix so nurse had to prod around to get it to go the right way. I wonder I wonder if this has been the problem the whole way along.
Any way bloods on monday to confirm ovulation and final bloods on 29th of Jan, but as this is my first day back at work I am n ot having them until the 31st. Fingers crossed for the TWW.
Sara still thinking of you praying that little embies are doing the right thing. will check on you tommorrow to see how you are going.
-
Saph: well done, sounds like things went really well. Hope you are right and the nurse did the right thing this time. Keeping fingers crossed for you.

Hi Girls
Sorry I have't dropped in for a couple of days. Life has been really busy at the moment for me. Our house settlement is this friday so am still trying to pack and plan as much as possible. Also, I have had a job interview for a new Full Time position closer to home. So will see how I go... What with juggling moving and all this fertility stuff as well life is pretty hectic.
Aleenta: Congrats on AF turning up after 3 days. I know all about the progynova not working properly. For my last cycle it took until day 24 for ther lining to be the minimum required 9mm.
Meredith: Thanks for remembering about the possible change in protocol. My FS has decided for this FET to see if we can mimic a natural cycle by using clomid and hoping that this makes my lining grow at the correct rate. He seems to think that the previous transfers might not have had optimum lining thickness to make them either implant or stay implanted. I'll see how I go this time, but if it doesn't work again then I will be asking for more investigation as we will have then used almost half of our original 15 embryo's (which I think is a lot with no result).
AFM: Well I'm still waiting for AF to arrive. Today is now 8 days since the last provera tablet. I rang the clinic yesterday and asked how much longer I should wait... Was told it can take up to 10 days to arrive (AHHHHH) and if not here by Friday to call to discuss another option. I have been getting that nagging feeling that she will be here soon but I've had that feeling for the past 5 days and not even a sign she is on her way. Why oh why does my body not like to cooperate either by itself or when medication is involved. If she does arrive on Friday it woudl be the worst possible day as for me as I have soo much to do.......

Hi Sara69 - Your news is fantastic, I knew it would be! how did yesterday go? Fingers crossed for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Friday night I was in pain with cramping now ok but taking the progesterone pesseries which give me really sore nipples (Sorry if tmi) Blood test isn't until 2/2 What a wait! Im sure I will do a hpt before then.
Has anyone heard about 21&ttc? did she get a BFP on her blood test??? hope so.
take care

KellyD - I am with you on the darn AF. I have used provera plenty of times before and always get AF 2 days after stopping . Should have been due today and I have every AF symptom, including horrible cramps but only a tiny bit of spotting. Wondering if this is goint to be it? Hope yours shows up soon. 10 days sounds like an awful long time to wait?! can't you at least have BT to see what levels are doing?

Hi Ladies,
Just wanted to drop in and say hi to everyone. Sorry no personals tonight. I've left it a bit late tonight and should have already gone to bed.
AFM: Not much is happening with me at the moment. Will be doing blood and scans tomorrow morning in preparation for an FET in the next week, not sure when yet, or how it works exactly as this is my first FET
Wish me luck and I'll let you know how it goes. DH and I need some good news. Hopefully this is what we've been waiting for.
Bye!

Good Morning Everyone
Toby: 21 is posting in the pg thread now.. I don't think she is having her BT until this week, but as she is still posting all must be going well for her.
Meredith: I know what you mean about the 10 days (grrrr). Although I started getting really bad cramping pains yesterday afternoon and am still in agony today. Normally when I get this much pain AF normally shows up with a vengence. However only slight staining at the moment so am now really confused. I'm hoping that it starts full on today so I can start the clomid tomorrow.
Hope everyone is doing well and not stressing out too much...

Hi girls,
Just a quick update, will catch up with personals later today: got a call from the clinic and the rollercoaster continues, we have one early blasto graded okay, one early blasto which is a bit fragmented and graded poor and another one which is still just numbers of cells and also graded poor. We'll find out this afternoon if any of them has grown enough for biopsy tomorrow so please keep fingers crossed for me.
What I am trying to see as a real positive out of this is: while two are graded poor and probably nothing is going to come our of them and one is only graded okay and none good at least we've basically still three out of three in the running - the third one hadn't done anything until Monday, so at the moment feeling okay but will probably run up the walls in the afternoon.
Going to have a nap now - basically had no sleep last night so worried have I been.

Hi there,
should be doing work but procrastinating!
JBM - well done on the healthy eating - it can be so hard to be disciplined especially around hol time
Saph, well done, it's sounding good for you and fingers crossed
Toby - GL for upcoming FET
Sara69 - sending you lots of positive vibes, well done on making it this far and I have everything crossed you make it to biopsy tomorrow
Meredith and KellyD - wishing your AF to show herself - hopefully it won't be too much longer!! It can be so frustrating:wall:
AFM - just happily jabbing away....
Hugs to all

Sara:  that you have some fighters who keep growing for you.
Aleenta: Hopefully we will be TWW buddies very soon.
AFM: Yay, finally AF has arrived and have rung the clinic to get this cycle started. 1st scan booked for next Friday 23rd to see if any follicles are growing and hopefully everything goes to plan this time, so start Clomid tomorrow (not looking forward to the side effects, they hit me hard with clomid). We are getting 2 more transferred again this time, so hopefully if we don't lose any in the thaw (luckily for us we haven't lost any yet) then we will have used 7 of our 15 embryo's. We only have 3 day 3's left, so if this one doesn't work we will be on our day 5 backup's...
Better go now and take some more panadol, the cramps are quite bad at the moment and the heat in Victoria today isn't helping much either...

Hello to anyone I have missed. Hope your travelling well
AFM, started my stim cycle on 22 December. Am on the pill and syranel at the moment. Stop the pill tomorrow so AF should arrive Monday. Scan booked in for 21 Jan and go from there. Hope to start Gonal on the 22nd. Im trying acupunture this time round. Have never had it before. Its both relaxing and a weird sensation! Am having it done with Justin Keane through the Belly Belly Centre. He's nice. Im hoping for a birthday miracle as Im expecting ET in early Feb so BT should be around the middle of the month and my birthday is on the 18th. Would be a GREAT present.
Take care,
Tania
