ah, thanks guys, you can tell what kind of state I am in that I can't even spell 'mind racing' correctly...

I had one day-5-blastie embie put in, I was very surprised the number is higher than I thought (ie. over 100) ...Appearantly it thawed really well, ie. 95% of cells recovered, the scientist did say it was as good as fresh one....so I guess it proves to be a strong one

so yeah, now 3WW...don't really know how that will go down?! You go and figure...

I haven't posted in this bit yet and I hope you dont mind but I just have to join in now. I have been checking in, the way you do when you have TTC on the brain and clink on the bellybelly bookmark a few times a day! Especially in TTW, which I am in right now, arghhh.
I am sooo so happy to see both BW and Bei bei have finally got their BFP. The biggest hearty congrats to you both!!!

Looking forward to hearing all about your progress, well done!

Mumof5, a blastocyst is the embryo 5 days after fertilisation.

Hi Mumof5, exactly like BW said, blastocyst is a 5-day embryo after fertilisation, some clinic do 3-day embryo depends on how many eggs altogether you are getting as well as the fertilisation progress...

I had 1 blastocyst put it back in...all the best with your ivf journey

mumof5, sometimes you get a choice. I think with blastocysts and first timers they like to keep to one - at least I didn't have the option of more, it was one only!

Hi mumof5...my clinic advises 1 blastie for transfer but due to my history I'm having two transfered...DH is convinced this will be THE cycle and both will split and we'll have 4...AHHHHH!!!!
