Ellie - 5K? Was that with additional drugs or something for PCOS? Just looking at the SIVF site, and with ICSI it is apparently about $1200 out of pocket after medicare and safety net. So assuming no safety net for first cycle, add 1K and I would've thought around 2-2.5K plus medications?

I assume for the first cycle if you haven't already reach the safety net, the cost of that cycle contributes towards the threshold - ie. it kicks in about 1K later than it would otherwise?
