JBM thanks for asking, Campbell now has a cold which he has given me the sore throat.
AFM have to say I am really enjoying the break. Loving getting back into the gym and exercising hard. Although I am still having overy pain so need to watch thatI dont over do it. It takes being off the drugs to truely know how crappy they make me feel. Feeling really great at the moment. DH is really against the IUI and thinks we could use the money elsewhere. But I have told him that I am not ready to make the decision to give up trying. I am not thinking about it until after we get back from our holiday in October. We will talk to the councilor when we get back.
Well, I've had my BT and should hear the results by 2pm today so I'm hoing the day goes quickly and that I get some good news very soon.
Not holding out too much hope, I don't feel anything. The only thing I can cling to is that I don't have AF yet, but everyone tells me that is just the nasty Crinone. I've had no side effects from the Crinone that I can think of.

I just had a scan which revealed plenty of big follicles and expect to have egg collection in our first ivf cycle this wednesday. Excited and nervous, and glad to finally be at this stage.
Sorry I've not been posting. Have been crazy busy working keeping my mind off things.
I'm off to the hospital in an hour for my op. Am staying in overnight now as FS is doing a lot of things and will have a drain in....oooh I hate the drain!!
Praying that this op is my miracle and I'll get a BFP stayer real soon.

Possums- Great news re the follicles. Am so happy for you that things are going along well. I lost my first angel through an ectopic too and with my angel went my tube. I hope you have a short stay here in this thread. Fingers crossed for you

Well due to the silly nurses who gave me my drugs I have taken double the lucrin for 2days but apparently that is no big Issue thank goodness. Started on Gonal F today that is a weird pen and will have the pregnal support thrown in with the other 2 tommorrow

tl: ouch!, i got a bruise when i first did injection but then i think i got the hang of it. so does that mean you're doing double jabs? ouch. i was on gonal f. lucky the double dose didn't hurt you. grow eggies, good luck.

saph: i want to get back to gym too and prob do 1st time this week in a month. i feel discusting when i don't go regularly. hope by end of your holiday after you and dh see councellor you will know the direction you both want to take. and if he is stubborn tears always work for me. haha. hope you feeling better soon.

Possums - how was the trigger injection? Have you got the time for your EPU yet?
Miss K - look after yourself and make sure that if your symptoms get worse that you go to hospital and get checked out. I have heard before that OHSS can occur when pregnant, so you never know
TL - lots of for you. I have everything crossed that this is your cycle.
TG - I have been praying for a BFP for you all night. We really could use some positive news in here at the moment.

AFM - My sister should be getting out of hospital today or tomorrow. My nephew is still going well considering the circumstances. Still on the critical list, but he is a little fighter. I had another scan today to check my lining after the FS had upped my Progynova to 3 tablets a day. Well, no good news from me I'm afraid. Lining is still too thin so I am now on 4 tablets a day and have my next scan on Monday. Back in the waiting game again! I am just not getting enough estrogen to thicken my lining. My body is being stubborn again... I had a thought that maybe that was part of the problem with my first cycle - maybe I didn't have enough estrogen to keep the lining nice and thick. Next time I see FS I will ask if this could be the case.
Anyhoo - I have my first acupuncture session this weekend which I am looking forward to so much. Was meant to have last weekend, but circumstances conspired against me and I had to cancel the appointment. Hoping that it will help with my thin lining.
I put my first message on another thread in this forum and have been invited over here. My DH and I are starting our first cycle of IVF this month. Feeling somewhat nervous! Up and down like a yoyo! Looking forward to sharing and caring with you all, and I am so thankful for all you angels out there - you make a lonely road far less lonesome!
Possums - I just read your post. Sweetie I'm so sorry only 3 of your 10 fertilised, and I am praying that at least one of the three will end up in a baby in your arms. I'll keep picturing a little baby heading your way and hopefully it will be.
