CatyO, we did ICSI with our 5th IVF just because we were up to our 5th cycle and it was something new to try. It was a few years later that DH's MFI was diagnosed (long story), so I do think we actually needed it. The thing with ICSI though is that there are some who believes it damages the eggs/embryos and makes hatching difficult or something like that (can't remember exactly), so it's not without risks.

WW, a "typical" level for 14dpo is 100, so you're very close to that! But most FS just want to see the level over 50 at that stage and you're well above that! I'd be cautiously optimistic about that result!
