There are a few tricks with clexane.

1) make sure you pick a nice fleshy spot and pinch up a good amount of skin.

2) inject at an angle and like a dart, helps to pierce the skin better.

3) inject slowly, as the liquid is thick and stingy

4) don't rub the site afterwards, unless you want lots of bruising. But if it stings, a tip I've heard is to just apply pressure to site (not rubbing).
