TubbyPuff, I've had mid-cycle spotting like that but don't know why it happens. If it's remains a one-off occurrence, I'd assume it's from overdoing it and wouldn't worry too much, but if it starts becoming a pattern every cycle it could be worth a chat with your FS about it.
