Sonya - Good luck!! Glad to hear the transfer went so well! Listen to your body and relax you wll do just great! Hope this is implantation for you hun!

Loula - Wow NP sound slike its doing you the world of good! NOt long until you are back on the rollercoaster agin!

Well just a quick one EPU today was totally crap we got 3 very disapointed and upset, couldn't stop crying at the hospital which was completely embarrassing. Spoke to the FS and now we just have to hope we have 1 left on Monday for a day 3 transfer, not even going to try for blast this time. Really confused after getting 3 blasts last time that we got such low numbers.. but oh well nothing i can do now. Already psyching myself up for another boost cycle before christmas what a fun game this assisted conception is!

Loula, glad to hear all is well and that you'll be starting again soon.

Rols - Ouchies at your $600 freezing bill! Our clinic charges $150 every 6 months.

Ellie, not long till you start the synarel.

Shannon, hoping that you won't need to go through another cycle before xmas. You've probably already posted this somewhere, but can I ask which clinic it is that you are going to?

Big hello to everyone else. Me, Still on the synarel. Have our next FS appointment in just under 2 weeks. Hoping that everything is good to go at that appointment. We went for a drive the other day to do some shopping. got 20 minutes down the road and had pulled up at some roadworks and realised that I'd forgotten my synarel for the morning! had to wait for the lights to change, drive through, then find somewhere to turn around and come back through the roadwork lights. Took about half an hour out of our morning LOL!

Shannon - It is hard to go through so much for a smaller result, I hope your eggs are brilliant eggs though, and that it all goes perfectly from here.

Arielle, thank you for the words of advice regarding the acupuncture. The cost was herbs as well, so i think what I might do is stick with the herbs and then speak to the acupuncturist about just coming in 3 times or so per cycle. I agree there is something in it, but I just cannot afford to do the herbs, the acupuncture, the IVF, and so on at that degree. I guess my faith remains more fully in the IVF science than in the acupuncture and herbs, so it remains my first priority, although ideally I do want them all in some form!

Hi Nic - Im with Dr Lindstom at City Fertility, she and the clinic are both great! I remember reading your with QFG? So im just across the road at Brisbane Private Hospital although Dr Lindstrom is in the same builiding as QFG.

Yep we got the call and we have 2 fertilised, just hoping and praying they make it until Monday.

Thanks Ellie & Nic for your thoughts, i am trying to keep myslf as busy as possible i actually find this harder than the TWW, i just know after doing the job change and taking a leave of absence from uni will be devastated to not even get to try the TWW this time. So lunch today with friends which was a little difficult they are pregnant and have a beautiful daughter who took her first steps last night and then continued to walk everywhere around our house which was lovely but hard to see my DH so excited and in love with her. And 3 catch up with friends and in laws tomorrow to keep my busy and hopefuly Monday will come quickly and i will have my little embys snuggled in me.

Has anyone heard from Mon about her EPU on Wednesday?

Hi everyone,

Got another BFN today but not as upset as I thought (at the moment), as I half expected it anyway - have had really bad AF like cramps the last 2 days. I do have the option of starting another stim cycle straight away, but feel I need a break for a month or two first. I'm still thinking of trying some of the alt treatments in that time. For tonight though I'm having a couple of drinks.

Day 3 of sniffing has been ok, its a bit old hand now lol :P Here's hoping the injections get that way as well.

Just a question, how did you change your exercise regime through IVF? I go to the gym between 3-5 times a week and also do personal training, Im going to cancel my PT session after EPU until I get the results, but what about general exercise-treadmill, crosstrainer, weights, classes etc?

Sorry to hear about your BFN Kazza......boy, do I know how you feel. It sounds like we have been trying for very similar amount of time and started IVF about the same time. Do you not have any frosties left? I got a telltale pimple yesterday, so I fully believe AF is on the way. I have 3 more frosties left, but their quality is not as good as the last ones...
The very best of luck to everyone else...........this game of IVF is so hard.

Hi runnermum, no frosties left for me. I'm hoping you are wrong about the pimple and will have my fingers crossed for you. When is your BT? Even if your remaining frosties aren't good you still have a chance - my FS told me they are often surprised by embryos that they don't think are good quality that end up being a BFP, so don't worry about that.
