Hi Sonya, I had a blastie transfer as well and was getting light cramping the 2nd day after my transfer. I asked the nurse about it, and she told me it could be due to the transfer procedure and/or the progesterone pessaries (or crinone gel if you are taking that), but I'm hoping it is implantation for you. I know it's hard and easier said than done, but try not to worry and relax.

Loula, it sounds like the NP and changes to diet are doing your body the world of good. I haven't given up altogether on alt treatments, I just didn't feel comfortable with the acupuncturist I was going to and I will make sure I check with my FS before starting anything new. I wish you all the very best for your next (and hopefully last ) IVF cycle.

BW, I'm sorry you're feeling down but understandable. Am sending you positive vibes.

    Good luck to everyone else.
