thanks ladies!! feeling pretty happy but trying not to get to ahead of myself...still a long way to go!!!
Juniper - how come they don't transfer on a weekend? surely they realise that everyone is different and cycles differ. If they cancel because it is going to fall on a weekend do you still have to pay? Seems a bit weird to me. FX everything goes your way :pray:
Junipear that's a pain :( our clinic doesn't do transfers on saturdays - but they will do it across long weekends etc... maybe you could ring and check to see what they say??? it may reduce your anxiety/worry a bit???
I think some of the Drs may do transfers on weekends, but mine (to the best of my knowledge) doesn't. Last time I had a transfer fall on a weekend (with our old FS) he arranged for another FS to do it (but the transfer ended up being cancelled because none of the embryos made it to day 5). I guess we'll just have to wait and see? I would expect, if we have to cancel before thawing, we'll just be paying our FS for the cycle monitoring, not the clinic's FET cycle fee, which I would be okay with because I'd like to see how his monitoring lines up with my OPKs/BBTs. If we proceed and the embryo doesn't survive the thaw then we have to pay the clinic a cycle cancellation fee ($400) to cover the cost of thawing instead of the full cycle fee (I asked about that scenario previously). I have the first monitoring on Friday, so I'll ask him about it then. I'm going to try to not worry as there's nothing I can do to change it, but I'm annoyed about having yet another hurdle to jump (and such a trivial one at that)... My cycle has been a bit haywire the last few months, so maybe the timing will work out?
maybe another specialist can do the transfer then.... same for us, if my FS isn't on duty when the transfer needs to occur, they get someone else to do it.... out of 5 transfers I have had my Dr 3 times.... the FET's were a different Dr each time - but although weird exposing myself to yet another stranger... all my dignity is gone now anyway.... so... :dunno:....
anyway, I hope they can make it happen for you FX! it's the waiting around for everything that is getting me at the moment as well....
just feels like you are always waiting in this ttc thing.... not just to get pregnant, but it's like everything goes on hold while waiting for the illusive bfp.... :( but what if it never happens, how long do we go on with life on hold while we HOPE to get pregnant...?
I am sick and tired of waiting.... too much of a 'task oriented' person.... and having REAL trouble with the fact that I cannot control this... there is absolutely nothing I can do to make it better... ...
sooooooryyyy ..... enough of a rant from me.... I just hope you don't have to keep waiting... any of you...
You're not alone feeling that way myturn. We all feel it. I think us control freaks take it a little harder sometimes though... ;)

I Wish i did live near you! im in northern nsw....but Id love to xoxoxo its so hard ging thru this over an over and nobody can really unerstand the devastation that seems to not have an end in sight, its like ground hog day!... after you have been going thru it for so long your friends definetly tire of hearing about it and seeing you cry, i ty not to lean on them too much these days.:
i have one friend who was going thru it but now shes 18wks prg and altho still very supportive and caring, i have to step back a lil from her because it hurts when i hear about whts going on in her life... a baby! but i know how hard its been for her to get to this point and im truly happy for her of course!
thanks ladies for the well wishes for my bt, i still feel prg lol, it could be all in my head and wishful thinking! comon just one of the THREE eggies implant please!!! i keep hoping maybe if one fails another wont!! my boobs are still very ouchy on same amount of progesterone last time that i never got sore boobs on. i generally get no symptoms hardly at all compared to this cy :rolleyes:

AFM, just feeling blah at the moment. AF is due tomorrow but think it will be late coz of synarel. The meds are not too bad, getting used to the taste and having food and drinks on hand helps. The goes the alarm for tonights spray. Very emotional today, called DH at work and cried. Is this the meds or pms? Oh well. Enjoy the end of the weekend ladies.

afm - nothing much to report first injection of pregnyl was ok. Watching my weight and drinking powerade and eating salty food lol.. :D Amazing I dropped nearly 1kg overnight! I am hopeless at remembering to take my tablets and I can't take them on an empty tummy. Gah, the tww is the worst!

Hi all, looks like I ovulated yesterday, but need another BT today to confirm it. They are thinking transfer will be Friday or Saturday, but most likely Friday. BRING IT ON!!! I cant wait to have them back in me. We caved and DTD yesterday too. DH surprised me (in more ways than one lol) and was keen to do it. He said with all the CoQ10 and stuff we have been doing he figures it cant help to try naturally as well. So with DTD, two being put back in and one dividing, surely 1 out of 4 possible bubbas should freaking stick!!! (does this mean my TWW starts now, geez, its going to be the longest 3 week wait ever) I am going to be so bummed if its a BFN. Its funny as in our last TWW we went away in the middle weekend and we will be again. October long weekend. We are going away with 2 other couples who wont know we are mid cycle so will have to find an excuse why I am not drinking. Although I am not a big drinker anyway, so shouldn't be too hard. May say I am detoxing for the next round.

Went and saw FS today, and he has decided to change my protocol by adding DHEA and HGH (human growth hormone)...anyone used these and had better success?

afm - nothing much.. back to normal weight no bloating and in fact lost a bit more than I had on before!

Krikkit - HGH is Human growth Hormone HCG measures your pregnancy (two completely different things).

Do you know anyone who has used this and seen a difference? and have you seen the difference with taking DHEA? Is yours from a compounding chemist??
I have only been on DHEA for a couple of months (along with melatonin). I haven't done a stim on it yet. You have to take it for four months. I get it from a compounding chemist. It's about $75 for a month's worth.
Eta - no sorry, I don't know about the saizen
Em Star, the only thing I know about DHEA is that you should have your testosterone levels checked before you start taking it because it can actually do more harm than good if your levels are already high. GL with it. I do see lots of stories on the other forum about success with it.
