Emerald- I'm so sorry to hear your potential positive is a BFN. It made me feel silly for being a bit down about my follicle number when you have had such a disappointment. I am really impressed and inspired by your positive attitude towards it all and I'm sending all my most positive vibes for a successful #3. Bigs hugs for you.

Lise, Sonyalouise and Emerald- thanks for the encouraging words re my less than impressive follicle number. You are all absolutely correct of course, I should trust the expertise of my FS and after all, I just need one good one that sticks...

Sal79- I am also new to the forum and have so far found it a really useful therapeutic tool. This is a space where you can share what you're going through with people who really do understand. I agree that it is a good idea to do a bit of your own research before your FS visit and have all your questions written down. Also, if you don't understand something or want further clarification on anything, don't hesitate to ask your FS or nurse. I have found this to be a good way of making sure I had the info that I needed. My FS doesn't say much but once he realised I am a bit of a nerd with a science background he was more than happy to talk to me without being condescending. He has even offered to lend me copies of the medical journals. Anyway, all the best with everything. xx
