Bunnyfeet, do you have a good pharmacy nearby that you can call or visit? Just ask to speak to the pharmacist, explain that your Dr prescribed it for IVF and now that you're pg you can't contact your FS to ask about whether to continue. They won't usually openly disagree with a Dr's prescription, but they should be able to run you through any risks (for either stopping or continuing). You could also see if there's anyone left at your clinic's main reception at this hour on a Saturday (probably a long shot) and you may be able to get help that way?
Rai, I'd probably call tomorrow day 1 in this instance to make things simpler for the IUI. I usually start injects on day 2 (after baseline b/t and u/s), so if you call tomorrow day 1, then you can start day 2... That said, if you called today day 1, there's absolutely no harm in starting injects on day 3! What you call today will make absolutely no difference to how you respond to the meds, so it's really a personal preference. My FS office would call tomorrow day 1 because my FS requires you to wake up with AF for day 1. My last FS would also call tomorrow day 1 because his cut-off was 8am. My first FS would have called today day 1 because his cut-off was 4pm. Even the professionals have their own personal preferences (in spite of having no AFs themselves, since they were all men!)...
