I know you posted this a while ago, but I just wanted to say I'm seeing a lady in Mitcham called Irene Prantalous - she is wonderful. I am so happy I found her as shes the only one Ive found in all my 5 years of TTC who listens to me and understands what we're going through. I'm in my 3rd month of treatment and hoping I wont need IVF after all. She's in the yellow pages and also has offices in Prahran (sp?).
She give AC on CD1, 5, Oday, then once during the 2ww and prescribes Chinese Herbs for the different phases of your cycle. It works out to about $360 a month for the AC and herbs. A bit steep I guess but if it works its alot cheaper than IVF expecially since I don't qualify for Medicare yet.
I am glad I found this post. I am very interested in acupuncture too and I have endometriosis, been trying to concieve for about 15 months now (2nd child).
I cannot afford $360 a month however!! I live in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne so may try the one in Balwyn...?? anyone else recommend anyone?
