Hi all

I am totally new to this site and hope I am in the right spot.

I am ttc at 44 (advanced maternal age i keep getting told) . This is our first try at IUI this month. I am gonal-f 150 at the moment and will be going for bt on friday to see what is happening.

Don't want to get my hopes up but really hope this works as time is flying by and will be our last chance before we are definatly too old. Luckily we have a beautiful dd who is 3 but would love for her to have a sibling.

Is there anyone who IUI works with first time??????? I know our chances are very slim but still can't help but hope.
