Sunbeam - yay for all the embies but boo for the pain. Hope the transfer goes well.
AFM - I think today was the first time I actually sat down and sobbed when AF turned up. Just when we found someone to help after the miscarriages, I don't think I can get pregnant anymore. We are not quite there for giving up yet but that time draws closer. I had said we'd call it quits at the end of the year and that's only a month away.
On the plus side, at playgroup I was having a chat with another lady who had miscarried a few times. She knew I had too and we were sharing experiences. I was talking about giving up due to age and she thought I was only in my late thirties which gave me a bit of an ego boost.
DD loves to play doctor and asked me last night what was I sick with. I said I really wanted to have a baby but one wouldn't grow and she looked at me funny and said 'Doctors don't put babies in tummies, you'll have to be sick about something else Mummy!" If only she knew. ;-)
Sunbeam-get lots of water and electrolytes into you sounds like you have a little over stim happening and once you have TF if the embryo sticks the pregnancy hormones can make it worse i had a little trouble with breathlessness after my TF and was a bit uncomfortable if you are in pain now try to get on top of it before sat.
Are you having 1 or 2 TF?
Hi crafty and everyone i stalk because i hope and pray for some BFP for you all.
Brief post- just recovering from bout of gastro *shudder!*
Saffy: Glad you won't have to go through a procedure at least and your body should be back on track quickly
Sunbeam: Great results on the eggies! I hope your pain eases off by Saturday and your little embies grow, grow, grow!
India's mum: Sorry to hear AF turned up. Very distressing i know. Any chance you could ease the pressure on the end of the year deadline?
Ferrals: Good to hear from you. HOpe you are going well and enjoying your disco dancing girl!
Yas: Welcme to the thread. I know what you mean about how hard it is to be around others who are pregnant and due about the same time as you... but i can only imagine how hard it is when that person is close family like your mum. That must be tough, even though you are looking forward to meeting your sister.
Too many shoes: Hope you are doing ok...
Crafty: Sorry the biatch AF came to your house but i guess at least you know where you are in your cycle... Small comforts i suppose : (
AFM: DD and I have both had gastro the last couple of days. I am sooo glad i am not ovulating right now cos i could no way DTD! Looking forward to BD fest in the next few days though : )
India'smum - You poor darling it is such a horrible feelling gettng to the end of the road when you have set a line in the sand that you don't want to cross it . Sounds like you are like me and don't look your age, feels good hu? DD's comment was so sweet it made me smile.
Ferrals - I did not have OHSS this time as my E2 did not get high enough I'm not sure where the free fluid came from FS did not really explain it. He said it will just reabsorb into my body.
Possum- Sorry you and DD are sick, gastro sucks, seems to be going around.
AFM - Well I am heaps better today and back at work . Also all 10 embies are now morula The scientist said today "they will not all get to blasty" and I thought how negative that might be statistically true but don't be putting that out there. Transfer is at 9am tomorrow we are putting 2 back (DD is still not too sure about this but that's what I want, haven't told FS yet )
