Just a quick update, becasue it is way past my bedtime. The scan showed empty uterus, the doctor says that since nothing is showing, I am not in pain, and 680 is low for even ectopic 7 week pregnancy, it was most probably just early miscarriage. I think he is right. Weird, I also think it is over now, bleeding stopped today. At least I can put this behind me and get ready for TTC again. I hope that the hcg will clear up fast now.
-
Luna-Im sorry hun hope you feel better real soon.
Clairsmummy-sorry it was a BFN i hate those.
Alice-I love your positive attitude.
Hello to everyone i have missed.
AFM-one more sleep i should get a call tomorrow if they had no problems with the testing i am not feeling so optimistic i keep expecting that kick in the guts that i have had so many times before.
-
 nearly there Ferrals  we're all hoping for the best possible outcome and then it will be celebration central here you deserve it so much not long to go now we're all praying for you xx
Luna, I'm so sorry your loss, I hope you can get on your way again soon with a happy outcome for you and your familyx
Toomanyshoes, I know what you mean about buying things you don't really want when you are feeling sad. I feel like it's something I should do rather than something I want to do IYKWIM. Had to laugh at your 'early' Christmas - it's not even December yet!! What about buying your SIL something for herself rather than the baby? I once got a girlfriend a whole lot of lovely indulgent body creams etc and she was so happy with it as plenty of people had got her things for the baby that way you can avoid the baby shops. Or I have seen really nice baby massage oils etc - might be easier than fronting a shop full of things that will just make you feel sad. sorry you are having this tough time x
Hi all, just got home so got to get dinner and an early night. Thinking I've caught Ferral's flu, feel very achy and super tired. x
-
Hi Girls, have been reading not posting as haven't had time (nightshift, DH's birthday etc) so might be a bit behind the times!
Alice- you might have the super-bad cold I have a while ago, all I can say is REST as much as possible, hope you feel better soon, what a way to get kicked when you are down. Thanks for your thoughts, I am feeling positive about this cycle. Good luck with getting your Temp in line, I hope it doesn't take very long!!
Luna- to you, sorry for your news, I'm glad you can move on now though hun
Ferals- good luck with the phone call today xx
Toomanyshos- I CANNOT believe you have opened christmas pressies- hilarious!!!
Claresmummy- god how annoying, sorry you keep getting BFNs, I know a fair few people have irregular cycles after a loss, its very frustrating when you have had regular AF all your life. Hope she comes soon
India'smum- don't feel bad, its so hard to explain things to people sometimes, I blurt out things like that all the time. When we were out for dinner last w/end, I asked the waiter if they could make me a non-alcoholic ****tail then he was trying to ask subtly if I was preg ( so they didn't put raw egg in it) so we had this awkward conversation that went nowhere until I just said 'no I am not pregnant', I nearly started crying having to announce this to the entire restaurant, every day it seems we have to confront these situations :wall: Anyway- good for you I LOVE bali, you will have such a great time!
Sunbeam- Hi- enjoy your cruise ( sorry I thought you had already gone) have a ball! Glad you have a plan too, see you in Nov! ( you will have some catching up to do)
Hi everyone else- babydust!
AFM- start jabbing tomorrow, had a nice quiet day gardening planned today but now have to go to a 3 hour work seminar ( not paid of course) this afternoon- and its a beautiful day!! Bummer. Having a quite heavy Af too, hopefully the Puregon will knock it off soon, I've been bleeding since my last AF about 3 weeks ago so am OVER IT!!
-
ferrals - still got everything crossed for today! Good luck with the phone call and I can't wait to hear the good news.
Alice - I thought about getting her a necklace with her kids names and also including the full term baby she lost last year but her family are really strange and it's kind of a "no go" subject, yet when I talk to her we've talked about it many times..I don't know, have to think about it some more, thanks for the ideas :)
Saffy - Hope tomorrow goes well, AF for 3 weeks wounds horrid you poor thing. And yes we were naughty but we are LOVIN the new camera, takes such gorgeous photos!
Hope everyone else is well
-
Luna - im so sorry for your loss darling... my heart goes out to you xx
Just a quick hi to you all! I really miss you all and I think about you all the time... im praying so much that your prayers will be answered really soon! I also wanted to let you know we had our 1st scan yesterday and everything is looking good, bubs was measuring spot on - 6w 1d and had a lovely strong heartbeat, we never got to see one last time so it was beautiful. Still petrified but one day at a time, im really really sick too so thats a great thing.
Special love to you all xx
-
Hi all
Luna I am so sorry for your loss I was so hoping you were wrong about the mc its so hard isn't it one day thinking your ok and then the next knowing you have mcarried. Take some time and try again soon as you feel up to it !!
Ferrals only one more sleep then you will be one happy bunny with good news !!!
T-hopes great news on your scan so glad your really sick thats always a really good sign for me anyways !!!
Saffy not long now till you get to egg pick and transfer and then a long awaited BFP !!!
Alice I am so proud of you, even though you had a really sad outcome last week you are still smiling and able to think of the future good on you girl and FX the little frostie is the one that sticks !!! when are you thinking of getting the frostie transf ?
afm well had a busy week my 15yr old has really bad tonsil itis so she been home all week and my 2yr old got his finger stuck in the front door and nearly chopped off ! very bad squashed little pinky, it got infected so he is on antibiotics too !!! and me well stopped clomid mon so should start opks tomorrow and see when I should be Ovulating FX It will be soon and we get a BFP this month !!!
-
ah T-hopes lovely that is great news. Big  to you what a beautiful moment for you and your DH. Sorry you are sick but you are right, it's a good sign! My staples last year were: peppermint tea, fresh ginger tea, fresh ginger (to chew on), ginger lollies, peppermint lollies...you get the picture :) I hope it doesn't last too much longer though. Happy days to you and hope you get to see some of us on the other side soon xx
Saffy :( for three weeks of bleeding that is yuck for you hope it goes soon. Must be so hard to do night shifts - I hope you managed to get some good sleep during the day but I remember my Mum always being woken up for something or other. Sucks that you have to go to work and not get paid on a beautiful day. We are keen gardeners too - nothing quite like getting your hands in the ground for a general feeling of peace and wellbeing I don't think! So tomorrow is day 1?? Yah for you!!
Luna, how're you feeling today?
Ferrals, I'm guessing no news is good news. I so hope they aren't stuffing you around with waiting for these results. Enough is enough! Praying it is all good news x
Hi everyone else, nothing much to report so will pop back in later. x
-
Crafty, we posted at the same time. Sorry you're little one has a sore finger - that made me flinch just thinking about it! And tonsilitis - I had that so many times as a kid, good thing is that it means they are working! Icecream yoghurt jelly...mm all good. Good luck catching that egg!
Not sure when we'll be de-frosting our snow bub, probably not for a while but will wait and see how this chart goes. Feeling a bit off - sort of nauseous and tired and very very sore ovaries. I had a little bit of blood yesterday - not AF but blood - anyway I'm starting to get v. worried that there is more damage in there than we thought. Hope whatever is going on settles soon as I really couldn't cope with any more operations. So just taking it easy.
-
I should have expected things not go right for us as my luck would have it no results in today i hope that is not a bad sign that they found something and are double checking
-
Ferrals - Hopefully they are double checking it to make sure you are getting good news! Still have everything crossed, hopefully only one more sleep! Just a pm away if you ever need anything!
-
Ferrals, don't say that, the end of the week isn't here yet. I'm so sorry you've had to do this again after the stuff up the first time it's bound to make things harder not knowing and fearing the worst but hopefully you'll know first thing in the morning. I have been holding my breath thinking of you and praying everything is OK. Hold on tight, not much longer now. All the signs have been good so far. We're all here waiting with you and hoping for the best for your little girl :comfort: xxxooo
-
Ferrals: Really uncool them making you wait another night. I hope you get good news first thing tomorrow.
Alice: Sorry you feel unwell. Will you see the dr? Hope you're not getting the flu. You've been through enough this month. Glad you've set a goal for the future but with an 80/20 balance of 'being good' and 'living for pleasure'. You deserve a bit of spoiling too.
Luna: sorry that the mc has been confirmed but relieved for you that it doesn't appear to be ectopic.
Toomanyshoes: you are very thoughtful working on a nice gift for your sister-in-law. Very hard to be baby shopping when you are going through this. Also hard given what your SIL went through last year to find the 'right' gift. A necklace is a lovely idea but, as you say, hard to know exactly how to go about it. I like Alice's idea of spoiling SIL a bit. Nice pyjamas for after she has baby? ( I remember being excited about my new PJ's for hospital when i had DD... and don't think i've got around to buying anything new since and it's been nearly 3 years!)
T-Hopes: So lovely to hear you saw the heartbeat. Glad you're reassured by feeling sick too although... yuk feeling sick poor thing! Hope the next 6wks fly by for you and you can start feeling better into your 2nd trimester.
Craftymummy: Sorry your littlie hurt his finger (ouch! I also cringed) Hope DD feeling better soon too and that you are settling into house ok. Did you feel ok on the Clomid?
Hi to anyone i missed...
AFM: Feel like a hormonal monster: bad skin, tummy cramps on and off (and down my thighs which i haven't had since my AFs as a teenager!) some back pain and headachey on and off. I'm building up to the mother of all AFs i think. Due on Saturday. I sooooo don't feel pg! I feel like PMS (Pre monster syndrome!!!) Come'on biatch, get here already so i can boot you out again! Bleh!
-
ferrals - Still got everything crossed over here :crossfingers: can't wait to hear the good news today!

Hi all
DH has yet again hurt his eye. We have one final night of babydancing in this cycle and I can't see him being able to participate. Damn. Hopefully we have already done enough for the month.
-
IndiasMum- Hope your DH is feeling better soon hun, on a light note he doesn't need his eye to BD I say take advantage of him darl.....lol.....
AFM~ It's now CD38 today and I'm nearly certain I finally O'd at CD34 so 4DPO today, usually get AF 4-9 days after I O and don't have any sign of her arriving just yet, FX. Just to put a smile on everybodies face and to make you all think I am a bit of a bubble head at times, lol I decided to have a good look over my charts the other night and realised we have only been bding up to 2-3 days before I am actually Oing......yeah I know I have been having a blonde moment....lol....but on a good note we have been BDing up to on the day of and after I have O'd this month. So we shall see what happens this time around. I have my next GP appointment tomoro at lunch time to get BT results back and hopefully get my referral to see a OB/GYN. FX
Hope everybody has had a great week end and a safe one.
-
Hi girls- just a quickie, off to acupuncture and get my nails done before work this arvo!
Ferals-CONGRATULATIONS:cheer::bellyrubs::cheer: So happy for you and the ferals family, you deserve it after all you've been through, enjoy your pregnancy!!
claresmummy- glad you are in the TWW (or is that the OWW?!?), how do you know you O'd? Did it come up on OPK? Hope you caught it anyway x
India'smummy- these DH's will do anything to get out of BDing won't they lol! Hope you caught it anyway too x
Possum-hope the biatch doesn't come this weekend and you get a BFP instead!
AFM-Done 3 nights of jabbing, the first night had insomnia/racing thoughts, but that hasn't happened again THANKGOD, so feeling ok although getting a bit irritable at DH and can tell I am going to go nuts at him before the week is out, every little thing he says I take as an insult. Good old hormones!
Hope everyone has a great Monday, its so nice to see the sun again :D
-
Saffy- My OPT came up +ive and then had my temp rise finally after 34 days of low temps. So I'm only guessing but my temps say I have O'd on CD34. I'm off to the DR again today to get my BT results from the other day so we shall see what they come back saying as they were taken the day I think I O'd.
Good luck with the acupuncture hun.
-
hello everyone,
Sorry for being MIA but feeling very low at the moment. Hoping it passes soon.
Clairesmummy, hope the blood test results come back good - that's a long cycle you poor thing but sounds like you might have caught that egg so good luck!
India's Mum, is the eye injury bad? Sorry it is going to interrupt your bding this month, I do remember how frustrating that is! Any chance he can be ah...comforted...in some way?
Possum, did AF come? If so, I hope she wasn't as bad as you thought. Chocolate chocolate chocolate chocolate...that's my prescription for everything at the moment! :)
Hi to everyone else - Sunbeam (hope you're enjoying the cruise), Mildez & Porsche (hope those bubs are growing well) Ferrals (have you had the tag party yet?) Toomanyshoes (did you find something nice for your SIL in the end? I think the necklace is a beautiful idea but agree it's also a hard one to make a call on)
MatthewsMum, how are you? How's the acupuncture going?
Who have I missed?? It's been a while since we've heard from everyone. :stickyvibesgirl: and :pink-babydust: to everyone xx
AFM just charting away but it's all over the place, I have some persistent pain that is bothering me and just generally a bit low. I will wait until the end of this cycle to see if the pain goes away. One thing that is really upsetting me is that I'm getting hot flushes - LOTS of them. Just hope they go soon as I'm not ready for the big M. Hoping it's just my body adjusting after months of medication. Will ask the TCM doc about it tomorrow.
-
Thanks Alice I will let you all know what happens when I get home. And don't give up hope just yet hun, my mum had me when she was 45 and I always tell mum that I was the best one she had out of the 3 of us.....lol.....as I'm the only child that stays in contact with mum and dad regularly.

india's mum - hope you caught the egg!
Saffy - good to hear your head has settled down, nothing worse they laying in bed with a gazillion things running through your mind at a million miles an hour!
Clairesmummy - Good luck with the DR today.
Alice - Really hope those hot flashes go away real quick! I'm still looking around, really haven't made up my mind, I have a love/hate relationship with her. She's my only in law I get along with and that's only 50% of the time lol
AFM - I'm trying to just let thing happen, trying to hold off on the IUD for as long as I can to just see what happens. But if AF keep getting me down I'm just going to have to do it. Still taking all the lotions and potions and I'm going to try to lose some weight over summer so we'll see how things go.
Hope everyone is well :)
-
congratulations ferrals !!!
i told you so i am so thrilled your little girl is fit and healthy now you can enjoy the rest of your pregnancy !!!!
-
*munch, munch, munch* (Sound of eating choccy biscuits!) Alice, i'm with you on the choccy diet. I'm so sorry love that you are feeling low at the moment and in pain. I hope this is just your body in recovery mode (or stress related?) and nothing more worrisome. But I can understand why hot flushes would be upsetting to you.
Well, AF arrived Friday. Was relieved actually: I'd had ten days of feeling crampy and the day before AF was the worst with headache, backache, pain down my thighs- haven't had that since i was a teenager. I was torn between feeling disappointed i wasn't pg and feeling ok about it because i've just started a new job and it would be kind of stressful to be pg the first month i started! I've never fallen pg first month of trying but usually within the first 4 months so i hope i'll be as lucky this time. But it feels unreal to think i could be. And i just can't imagine a 'take home' baby. Feels like a dream that it would every happen to me a 2nd time. I keep thinking we are going to be a one child family. And of course i know i'm lucky to have one but I'm still struggling with not having more and it is made harder by my two best friends being pg with their 3rd while i'm still trying for a 2nd. I feel like I haven't got my usual supports because I find it harder to be around them (not their fault it's just how i feel).
Saffy: is 'Da Crazy Woman in Da House?' as Murray Cod used to say?! Brave woman sucking up the hormones (or rather injecting them?) I'm nutty enough on normal natural hormones. I'm in awe of you injecting extra ones! I'm praying hard for you that this cycle works.
Crafty: how r you going with the clomid? Not too bad with side effects i hope?
India's mum: *Groan!* Isn't it always the way that something crops up when you need to BD! HOpe your efforts so far will do the trick!
Ferrals: Hope you are now starting to relax a bit and are surrounded by a pool of pink baby clothes without their tags!
Toomanyshoes:That sounds good: Keeping your options open while it still feels ok and keeping the IUD as a Plan B if it all gets a bit much.
Clairesmummy: Woah, that egg sure had a sleep-in! Fancy it deciding to pop at day 34! Hope you and DH were spot on with the BD this time and that the dr confirms you did 'o'.
-
Hi Ladies,
still here, although I think I will be taking a break from TTC for a while. Not voluntarily, just seems that the hcg takes forever to clear out of my system. Just wanted to say:
Huge congratulations to Ferrals! Enjoy your pregnancy and your little gril when it comes.
-
Well I had my DR appointment yesterday and yeah I'm even more confused now than what I have been all this cycle...:wall: Got my 2nd lot of BTs back and they were -ive for O and -ive for PG. DR did another PG test yesterday before she gave a referral just in case and it came back -ive. I still have no sign of AF arriving have made an appoinment to see an OB/GYN on the 8th of November. I really had thought I had O'd on CD34-35. BT was done on CD34 would they pick up if I was about to O at all???? Or if I was O'ing at the time? I had +ive OPTs from CD33-34 temp rise on CD35 and still have a high temp this morning at CD40. I am so confused about everything right now and so scared since my MC I have had regular AF every cycle at 26-28 days with O time at around CD19 and LP of only 6 days. Just wish AF would arrive so I feel more at ease with it all.
