thanks saffy, i found some info on vitex last night and thought i would try it then i found a thread on BB that said you can't take vitex and clomid together as they basically cancel each other out so now im not sure what to do

fingers crossed for you, are you an early tester ?

minniemouse- I normally don't test much at all ( although everyone on here testing away makes it hard to resist lol) but funny you should ask cos yesterday morning I got home from night shift and thought- bugger it I'm just going to test- BFN of course as I was only 9DPO *embarrassing*.
So now I don't have any tests left and unless I drag myself out in the pouring rain (not going to happen) and buy some more I will just have to wait! SO serves me right haha!

i would think that you would have a greater statistical chance of pregnancy on clomid than vitex, what dose you on??

I'm off to the physio to try and fix my back which I hurt before xmas, it wa getting better but one of my kittys brought a live mouse into the lounge room last night and I hurt it again running from the room screaming

saffy: i know what its like, i say i won't test but as i get closer i can't help myself ! i wouldn't worry about a bfn now at 9 dpo, especially doing it after a night shift where you were probably eating and drinking so the urine probably wasn't too concentrated. fingers crossed when you test again !

hope your back is feeling better, hehe at your helpful kitty cat !

im on 50 mg of clomid, im ovulating on that dose but wondering if a higher dose would make any difference to my progesterone levels throughout the cycle

loops: has af turned up or have you tested again ? hows DH ?

    hi to everyone

    HI girls-

minniemouse- I was on 50mg fopr 3 months- no joy, I wish now I had increased it to 100mg, but oh well. Were your progesterone levels low?? Have you asked your Dr about it? The reason I tested after nightduty was cos I knew I was dehydrated- had a busy night 2 births, last one at 0645 so had no break!!

AFM- spotting Wednesday night and got my hopes up but of course it has continued and now am waiting for AF to arrive, I hope she hurries up, at least I know I am doing the FET now so can get my head around it. I wish it would stop raining. Feeling depressed cos I just realised it is 2 years since I got preg and miscarried, and still have no baby after all this time- boo hoo!!! How can bl**dy posh spice get pregnant when she weighs about 20kg????? GRRRR!

Saffy - Posh Spice grrrrrrrrr!. I can't stand hearing about pregnant celebrities now! I used to read the entertainment news on the net but I avoid it now as it just makes me depressed to see photos of them with their lovely big tummies.

This week I would have had the last baby that I lost. The due date was Jan 21st but as I required a CS the OB said he would deliver at 39 weeks. It really seems to be hitting me hard at the moment. I just feel so flat and detached and the slightest inconvenience makes me grumpy and abrupt. NO idea what is going on with my cycle. I think we are still around day 19 but I am having terrible back cramps as though AF is imminent. And I HATE TTC sex. Last night we were supposed to do the deed but DH (who was hot and tired) was so irritable I said don't bother we'll wait until tomorrow. I wish I could get excited about the trip to Bali in March but nothing seems to interest me at the moment.

I looked up "Victoria Beckham pregnant" out of curiosity and I found some article that tells you how to conceive a girl. They tell you to wait 3 or more days AFTER ovulation. Interesting, because as far as I know the egg only lives 24 hours, so if you wait 3 or more days you conceive nothing. Have I been doing it wrong all the time??? Sloppy journalism.

India's Mum - trip to Bali you say? I am jelaus. C'mon, you have to get at least a bit excited, it sounds like such a lovely vacation. Maybe you need a tiny break from TTC, you and your DH. I know it is almost impossible not to TTC when you want a baby so much, but sounds like you really had enough.

And another thing about celebrities - can I please, please go to the supermarket without them having women's magazines at eyeline showing celebs just glowing after 2 hours of makeup and a good dose of photoshopping, proudly displaying their tiny babies on the cover.
