    hi girls,

matthewsmum: great news on the embie transfer, snuggle in little one !

saffy: good luck for tomorrow ! i hope it all goes ok for you

afm: saw the new specialist today, was a drama when we first got there, they said they had been trying to ring me to confirm my appointment and had left lots of messages, the last being friday saying they were cancelling my appointment !! they had my number down wrong ggggrrr i was so annoyed when they said she might not be able to see me !!! anyway saw her, she was lovely, gave me progesterone for this cycle & then if not successful we will have more tests done & go from there.

we talked a lot about progesterone & why drs don't like to give it out, she said she gives it out like "lolly water", says why not its not going to do any harm, was music to my ears !

    Still here

    Hello ladies,

just stopping by to say I am still lurking...

matthewsmum - fingers crossed for your embie, I wish you this is the last time you have to go through the TWW

Saffy - how many eggs did you get?

minniemouse - still waiting for O? I thought that with clomid maybe it happens sooner? I know you have been having some long cycles lately.

craftymummy - how are you doing? Still hanging on there?

AFM - had a very strange last cycle with a 7 day LP. I hope it was stress of work and travelling, and not perimenopause *sigh*. We'll see how this month goes.
I have not been here much lately, because slowly I am trying to adjust to the thought that perhaps one child is it for me. I do not want to go with more aggressive medical intervention, and I am starting to think that nothing will happen without it. Plus, the older my daughter gets the less willing my husbans is to go back to sleepless nights and caring for a newborn, and I think he is pulling me to his side. I am giving it 3 more tries, and this is it. I still feel pangs of jelaousy every time I hear about a 40+ pregnant celebrity, but they are getting more and more bearable.

Not been on here as I feel there is not much use for me at my age so will pop in now and then to see if everyone is ok and for BFP results !

Trying to come to terms with this and its hard !!!

saffy: how did you go today ? hoping it went well for you

luna: good to hear from you, good luck for the next few cycles, i hope you get your wish of another bub. clomid isn't doing anything to make me ovulate quicker although im having some signs it might happen earlier this cycle so im crossing my fingers for that

crafty: good to see you pop in too, are you still actively trying ?

possum magic: nice to see you still lurking around also, congrats on 17 weeks, how are you feeling about it all ?

    Hi girls-

crafty- It would be impossible not to try I'm sure! Big for you, you are a tough cookie, its a difficult one xx

minniemouse-what progesterone did the fs give you? -? pessaries or suppositories. xx

Luna- nice to see you, you are in the same boat as crafty I guess, I get where your hubby is coming from with the sleepless nights. Good luck for the 3 more tries, its a hard decision to make xxx

possummagic-hi sweet, wow 17 wks, where has that time gone??! Thanks babe x

matthewsmum- hows it going? Its still early in the tww, I hate that time, hope it flies by for you xx

Hi loops- hope you are feeling better xx

afm - got 9 eggs yesterday! Which is good cos I had 9 follies, so lets hope they do their thing, I kept having dreams about bad fert rates last night. Am quite sore this morning, much sorer than last time, I hope it settles before transfer. My cats won't stop trying to jump on my belly either- ouch!!

matthewsmum- thats a good idea, I wish they would have just given you some anyway.

We didn't do icsi, just normal, got 7 fertilised out of 9 Woohoo! Very happy with that, although DH will be able to justify his alcohol intake now haha! Transfer Sunday, would like to have a drink myself before sunday but feeling rubbish from the egg pick up so will have to give it a miss at this stage.
